Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
Exchanges & Refunds
Since our items are printed to order, we currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order. We recommend placing your new order quickly to avoid disappointment. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used for your order within 7 days from receipt of return.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order once it has been placed because our system is automated. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to help.
We currently do not offer free returns, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. We recommend using a tracked service for your own security, with delivery confirmation. Please note that products are your responsibility until they have reached us with confirmed arrival. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
