Order Processing & Tracking

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing your order (may be longer during busy periods). All orders are print-on-demand, so this includes printing and packing times. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please be advised that any customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of any of these applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Hyped MTB Apparel. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Orders Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will send replacement order for you. If an order is showing as delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement and you will need to contact your local carrier to make a claim for the value of your items. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not make exceptions to this.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that shipping details are correct when ordering. We do not accept liability for items that are shipped if incorrect details are given. If an item is returned to us as incorrect shipping details were given, or delivery was attempted but not possible, then we'll contact you for an updated address and reship your order (there may be additional shipping costs).
